- All products must be returned in their original as new packaging, unopened and in a resalable condition.
- Returns and Exchanges are only valid within 14 days from day you receive your items.
- You will be responsible for all return shipping and re shipping costs.
- Delivery charge will not be refunded as this service has been obtained
- There are NO returns or exchanges on colour swatches and wigs.
- Once we have received your Return or Exchange item(s) and they have been inspected we will then process your Return or Exchange.
