PLEASE NOTE:

• All International Delivery Costs are now measured at the weight of your parcel including the territory you want your parcel shipped too. All international prices stated online is the minimum delivery cost. Please ensure you check the quote given for your parcel to be delivered to your selected country before placing your order.
• Any orders placed over the weekend or on a bank holiday will be dispatched the next working day.
  
• If recipient refuses the delivery, the refund for the order will be processed after the parcel is received by the sender. Delivery fees are not refundable in this case.
  
• Any custom charges on orders placed must be paid for by the recipient Next to Natural are not responsible for these charges and have no control over the costs, as customs policies and import duties vary from country to country.

SHIPPING DELAYS

We are not responsible for delay shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, customs or carrier delays. ORDER PROCESSING

Our Site will guide you through the ordering process. Before submitting your Order to Us you will be given the opportunity to review your Order and amend any errors.  Please ensure that you have checked your Order carefully before submitting it.

No part of Our Site constitutes a contractual offer capable of acceptance. Your Order constitutes a contractual offer that We may, at Our sole discretion, accept. Our acknowledgement of receipt of your Order does not mean that We have accepted it. Our acceptance is indicated by Us sending you an Order Confirmation by email. Once we have sent you an Order Confirmation email, there will be a legally binding contract between Us and you.

Order Confirmations shall contain the following information:

• Confirmation of the Products/Services ordered including full details of the main characteristics of those Products/Services;
• Fully itemised pricing for the Products/Services ordered including, where appropriate, taxes and other additional charges;

If We, for any reason, do not accept or cannot fulfil your Order, no payment shall be taken under normal circumstances. If We have taken payment, any such sums will be refunded to you as soon as possible and in any event within 5 working days.

RETURN POLICY

Your 100% satisfaction is what motivates us to be perfect for you! We understand that sometimes picking the right colour and hair texture might be a bit difficult or a mistake can be made while ordering, which is why we provide a comprehensive and fair exchange and return policy. 

We are more than happy to accommodate exchanges or return of our products that have NOT been opened, worn, tampered or altered, within 14 days from the date of purchase. All products must be return in the original packaging and in fully resalable/unopened condition. Due to hygiene standards and regulations, Returns and Exchanges are not permitted on colour swatches and wigs for the safety of all our clients.

please ensure you adhere to our returns and exchange policy before returning items to us, any products that does not meet our policy will be refused and returned to the sender.
